Wanted to share these photos of the flower arrangements and bouquets I created for a lovely couple back in May. The bride had a Cadbury colour theme with dusty mauves, soft ivory and vibrant spring tones. To fit with the Cadbury inspiration, I used some herbal elements in the wedding flowers, the scent of the fresh mint collar in the bridal bouquet working as well as the most delicious Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly (my favourite!). The bride’s bouquet was made of Misty Blue lisianthus blooms and buds and mint foliage and tied with a willow green satin ribbon and accented with pearl pins.
The bridesmaids bouquets were made of Excalibur Pure White lisianthus with Pistache foliage and tied with white satin. The buttonholes and lapel corsages were purple or white lisianthus blooms accesorised with satin ribbon, pearl detail and dark green foliage.
The beautiful church in the picturesque Ashford village was decorated with flower arrangements of lisianthus, chamomile, scented peonies, viburnum pompoms, campanulas, rosemary foliage and flowers, trailing asparagus, astrantias and stocks.
