It’s been a flurry of weddings here and the Austen Flowers team spent many days (and very early mornings!!) working with lots of beautiful, fabulous and adventurous brides to create stunning flower arrangements for their wedding day. And each and every one was different. Cos that’s what we do!!
Today’s wedding had a simple brief, starting with a request for a stylish trailing bouquet to complement a stunning blush lace wedding gown and a simple hand-tie bouquet for the bridesmaid wearing a cinnamon brown satin Empire-line dress. We designed a large cascading bouquet of white orchids for the bride and a stylish garden rose bouquet with a white orchid corsage accent for the bridesmaid.
The mother of the bride chose a single Cymbidium orchid corsage, whilst the granny opted for a cluster of ‘Bombastic’ blush garden roses with Eucalyptus and white Asclepia detail. And for the men boutonnieres, a single Phalaenopsis orchid bloom was chosen as a very simple accessory.
