Keeping to the classics

Amidst the buzz for summer (slightly premature, it is only the beginning of April after all) the colour palette for wedding flowers is gradually shifting back towards the pinks, oranges and yellows that one would likely see in a sweet shop. While this is striking and never ceases to evoke the joyous occasion that is a wedding (see the picture below if this speaks to you!), the classic and timeless “white and green” proves to be just as romantic. The incorporation of different textures, such as baby’s breath, within this colour scheme creates a fairytale- like atmosphere and complements the iconic “white wedding” concept. It is also worth noting that these colours are suited to every season, the effect will always be just as romantic.

There is no harm in keeping with the classics. Sometimes, “staying within the box” is a good start for your ideas. From there you can add your own personal flair and take your first steps in creating your dream wedding.
